"The rooms were clean when entering.. you could smell the cleanliness. The facility and grounds were well kept and clean as well. The staff we encountered were very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the activities and events they had to offer during the day poolside. Realllly enjoyed the fact the use wristbands instead of room keys, much easier and didn’t have to keep track of the card. We will be planning next years trip here again!"
"Property was nice. Had a luau party slides was nice. Hot tub very nice. Restaurant was expensive and the bartender was the absolute worst. His name is Ellis he was very rude and didn’t care that I reported him to the food and beverage manager who seemed to not care that his stuff was rude and condescending towards myself and my daughter. I’m still looking into actions that it wld never happen again. I canceled my next year trip. Were going back to th sea crest resort "
"The property was amazing! I really enjoyed the utilities such as the gym. My boyfriend and I went everyday during our stay. The location was close to many different restaurants and bars we didn’t use our car much at all everything was within walking distance. The Valet service was impeccable Joe James really took care us with packing our car and getting it to us in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again. It was super clean, all the staff were friendly as well."
